Durabolin action mechanism:

Nandrolone Phenylpropionate belongs to a group of bulking anabolic steroids. The medication exerts angrogenic action though the binding with specific protein-receptors on the surface of target cells, then forms complex receptor-nandrolone and penetrates the cells. Androgenic action is associated with stimulation of nucleic acids synthesis, structural proteins, enhancement of tissue respiration and oxidative phosphorylation in skeletal muscles. Nandrolone significantly increases muscle mass and decreases the amount of fat tissue.

Durabolin clinical indications:

• Chronic infectious diseases
• Severe traumas
• Surgical interventions
• Anemia in chronic renal failure
• Bone marrow damage
• Steroid induced myopathy
• Condition characterized by a negative balance of Ca2 + (senile and postmenopausal osteoporosis, long-term therapy with glucocorticosteroids)
• Carcinoma of the mammary gland in women
• Growth retardation caused by insufficiency of growth hormone
• Diabetic retinopathy

The medication is actively used by athletes to gain muscle mass

Durabolin caution, precaution and warnings!

The medication must not be used in the following conditions:

• Hypersensitivity to any of the medication ingredients
• Pregnancy and breastfeeding
• Cardiovascular diseases including heart attacks, coronary heart disease, stroke, angina, atherosclerosis
• Liver diseases (hepatic failure, liver cirrhosis)
• Kidney diseases (renal failure, glomerulonephritis, pyelonephritis, nephrotic syndrome)
• Carcinoma or hypertrophy of the prostate gland
• Carcinoma of the mammary gland in women with hypercalcemia
• Malignant tumors of the mammary gland

The medication is not recommended for use in women to build muscles

The medication should be used with caution if any of the following conditions apply to you:

• Diabetes
• Liver diseases in anamnesis
• Kidney diseases in anamnesis

Durabolin side effect: Like any medication Durabolin may cause certain specific side effects. If a side effect is stated below it will not necessarily occur during the drug's application. However, if you experience any of the Durabolin side effects during the treatment make sure to inform your health care provider. Possible Durabolin side effects may include:

• In men and women: atherosclerosis progression, anemia, peripheral edema, dyspepsia, liver dysfunction (jaundice), leukemoid syndrome, hypocoagulation with tendency to bleedings, hepatonecrosis, cholestatic hepatitis
• In women: virilism, hypercalcemia
• In men: in prepubertal period virilism, idiopathic skin hyperpigmentation, growth retardation, gynecomastia, priapism, hypertrophy of the prostate gland

• Human growth hormone (Somatotropin)
• Hormonal medication including oral contraceptives
• Corticosteroids
• Diabetes medications
• Anticoagulants
