Sustamed-250 action mechanism: The esters of testosterone which are contained in the preparation vary by speed of absorption and elimination, which provides a long term effect of the preparation up to 4 weeks after just one injection. The drug is metabolized in the liver and is excreted with urine. In athletes the preparation may be used for bulking purposes, as the drug exerts the same effect as any other form of Testosterone promotes muscle and strength gain.

Sustamed-250 clinical indications: The preparation is prescribed in treatment of the following conditions:

• Androgen deficiency syndrome after castration
• Hypopituitarism
• Hormonal impotency
• Climax
• Osteoporosis
• Hyperestrogenism
• Uterine myoma
• Mammary gland cancer
• Endometriosis

Sustamed-250 caution, precaution and warnings!

The medication must not be used in the following conditions:

• Hypersensitivity to any components of the preparation
• Mammary gland carcinoma
• Prostate gland cancer
• Renal failure
• Edema
• Hypercalcemia
• Diabetes
• Cardiovascular disease
• Pregnancy
• Lactation period
• Atherosclerosis

The medication should be used with caution if any of the following conditions apply to you:

• Mild renal dysfunction
• Hypertension
• Epilepsy
• Migraines
• Young age
