Getropin action mechanism:

Getropin contains the active ingredient Somatropin human growth hormone produced by pituitary gland. Somatotropin exerts significant anabolic and growth stimulating action. Somatotropin stimulates proteins synthesis, muscle growth, development of skeletal tissue, reduces fat mass. Anabolic effects is associated with the following mechanism:

• Stimulation of skeletal growth
• Increasing of muscle mass
• Retention of nitrogen, mineral salts
• Reabsorption of calcium from the digestive tract
• Lipolysis stimulation
• Increasing fatty acid concentration in the blood
• Increasing sugar blood levels

Getropin clinical indications:

In adults:

• Deficiency of growth hormone with a known hypothalamic-pituitary pathology, proven by two provocative tests
• Growth hormone deficiency
• Osteoporosis
• Immunodeficiency conditions characterized by loss of body weight

In children:

• Turner syndrome
• Deficiency of growth hormone
• Renal failure in children in prepubertal period accompanied by growth retardation

Gentropin is actively used by athletes to build muscle and burn fat tissue

Getropin caution, precaution and warnings!

The medication must not be used in the following conditions:

• Hypersensitivity or allergy to any of the medication ingredients
• Signs of tumor growth, malignant neoplasms
• Closed epiphyseal growth zone of long bones
• Diabetic retinopathy
• Prader-Willi Syndrome in Children
• Severe cardiovascular diseases such as heart attacks, strokes, coronary heart disease
• Respiratory failure
• Pregnancy and lactation
• Kidney transplantation
• Kidney diseases (renal failure, glomerulonephritis, pyelonephritis)

The medication should be used with caution if any of the following conditions apply to you:

• Thyroid diseases
• Diabetes
