Cialis action mechanism:

Cialis is a preparation used in the treatment of erectile dysfunction. Cialis contains the active ingredient Tadalafil that is selective inhibitor of specific phosphodiesterase type 5 cyclic GMP. When sexual stimulation causes local release of nitrogen oxide, inhibiting of PDE5 by Tadalafil leads to increasing the level of cyclic GMP in the cavernous body of the penis. This results in relaxation of smooth muscles and increasing blood flow to penis causing erection, satisfactory for sexual intercourse. Tadalafil acts only in presence of sexual stimulation.

Cialis clinical indications:

Cialis is indicated for the treatment of erectile dysfunction in men over 18 years of age. Erectile dysfunction is defined as inability to achieve and maintain erection satisfactory for sexual intercourse.

Cialis caution, precaution and warnings!

The medication must not be used in the following conditions:

• Hypersensitivity to Tadalafil or other components of the medication
• Women
• Children and adolescents under 18 years of age
• Severe liver diseases including intoxication, cirrhosis, hepatitis
• Severe kidney diseases including pyelonephritis, glomerulonephritis
• Prolonged QT interval
• Severe cardiovascular diseases such as heart attacks, strokes, arrhythmia within the past six months, high blood pressure, low blood pressure
• Retinitis pigmentosa
• Priapism

The medication should be used with caution if any of the following conditions apply to you:

• Sickle cell anemia
• Predisposition to hemorrhages
• Anatomical deformation of the penis (angulation, Peyronie's disease, or cavernosal fibrosis)
• History of priapism
• A history of severe vision loss (including a condition called NAION).
• Stomach and duodenal ulcers
• Multiply myeloma
• Leukemia

Cialis side effect: Like any medication Cialis may cause certain specific side effects. If a side effect is stated below it will not necessarily occur during the drug's application. However, if you experience any of the Cialis side effects during the treatment make sure to inform your health care provider. Possible Cialis side effects may include:
