Acai berry products contain purified extracts from a plant ACAI berry. The extract from Acai berry is reach in many biologically active substances such as proteins, microelements, carbohydrates, vitamins, lipids, proteins.) Acai is a very good source for antioxidants. There is some evidence that acai may inhibit cyclooxygenase and thus decrease the amount of inflammatory mediators.
